The Club Lotus Membership Rewards Program (“Rewards Program") is designed to help you get the most out of your self care commitment. We reward you for doing the things you already do — getting your monthly facial or waxing service, buying gift cards or other products and services for yourself and loved ones, referring friends and even for booking your appointment online or in advance at the time of your service.

 

 

BENEFITS

 

All membership benefits are for active members of Club Lotus in good standing during the term of their membership with Lotus Blossom Organic Spa (“Lotus Blossom”), as follows:

 

Membership Services: 

All memberships include a selected service each month at the listed discounted members price (see Membership Options).

 

Additional Membership Services: 

Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional services for their personal use at discounted rates, according to their selected option.

 

Free Upgrades: 

Your selected membership option determines the number of free upgrades you will receive. Some restrictions apply, read Terms & Conditions.

 

Discounted Rates: 

Each option has its own discounted rates for additional services, as specified in Membership Options.

 

Retail Discounts: 

A 10% discount is given to all members on retail product purchases, unless already discounted. (You will receive a personal discount code for online purchases.)

   

Gift Card Purchases & Guest Privileges: 

Members may purchase an unlimited number of gift cards as well as bring in an unlimited number of guests at your member rates. (You will be given a personal discount code to use on gift card purchases.) Some restrictions apply, read Terms & Conditions.

 

Rollover Privileges: 

Members may rollover any unused services to the following month. Restriction apple, read Terms & Conditions.

 

Points:

Members earn bonus points for joining, as per selected Membership Option, as well as;

• 5 points for every dollar spent at Lotus Blossom for all services, products, gift cards, upgrades, and monthly membership fee. (Non members gain only 1 point on the dollar, as shown on menu. Members point are manually adjusted to x5 after checkout.)

• 50 points for booking monthly appointment online.

• 50 points for pre-booking appointment for next month at the time of service.

• 100 points for each review (i.e., 100 per platform: Facebook + Google + Yelp = 300 points).

• Free bonus points for joining Club Lotus, depending on selected Membership Option.

• 1000 points for every friend referred to Lotus Blossom (some restrictions apply, see Terms & Conditions).

• Billed monthly at the discounted members price of $109 (15.5% discount).

• Receive one 75-minute “Luscious Lotus Signature Glow Facial” per month.

• Purchase unlimited additional services at 15.5% discount.

• Receive 3 complimentary facial add-ons up to $60 each (restrictions apply).

• Receive 1000 bonus rewards points upon sign-up.

Pink Lotus

• Billed annually at the discounted members price of $687 (17% discount).

• Receive twelve 30-minute “Little Lotus Signature Glow Facials.”

• Billed annually at the discounted members price of $2198 (20% discount).

• Receive 12 of whatever facial you choose up to $229 regular price.

• Purchase unlimited additional services at 20% discount.

• Receive 4 complimentary facial add-ons up to $80 each (no restrictions).

• Receive 2000 bonus rewards points upon sign-up.

REWARDS

 

Members are automatically enrolled in our Club Lotus Rewards Program and can earn discount points, which equals free services! Online services will show a choice to use points or pay, and Club Lotus Members can purchase services online with their points. (Some exclusion apply, see Terms and Conditions.) You can also use points at the time of your service. For example:

 

• 1500 Points: Add on a papaya peel. 

• 3000 Points: Upgrade a Little Lotus Facial to a Luscious Lotus Facial.

• 3000 Points: Upgrade a Luscious Lotus Facial to a machine facial (microdermabrasion, micro-current or LED light therapy) 

• 3450 Points: Receive a Little Lotus Facial

• 5000 Points: Upgrade to a mini Epicuren Signature Lift Facial

• 6450 Points: Receive a Luscious Lotus Facial

• 7950 Points: Receive a Summer Honey Bee Facial or Organic Cocoa Facial

Basically, if the cost is $30 you gain 5x the points so 150 points. After 10 visits you earn a free service or 1500 points.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

The Club Lotus Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions) contain important information regarding the Club Lotus Rewards Program (“Program”). These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in any and all Program offers. Participation in the Program constitutes your agreement to the Site Terms and Conditions, and the Site Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein.

 

Being eligible for the Program entitles Club Lotus Program Members ("Members") to take advantage of certain Program Rewards that may change from time to time and, which may be made available for limited times, all as determined by Lotus Blossom in its sole discretion.

 

Lotus Blossom reserves the right to modify these Rewards and the Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so please check the Rewards Terms and Conditions periodically. Participation in the Program and/or redemption of Rewards is considered acceptance of these Rewards Terms and Conditions and any modified terms included therein. Lotus Blossom may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Program Reward at any time, including the availability of any Program Reward, without notice.

 

Cancellation Penalty: 

There is no penalty to cancel your membership after 3 months, however, if you decide you want to start up again you will be charged a startup fee up to or equal to one month's payment.

 

Three (3) Month Minimum: 

With monthly memberships, an initial 3 months of consecutive payments is required before you are able to cancel without penalty. If you must cancel early, you will be charged an early cancellation fee equal to the balance of remaining months.

Membership Freeze Option: 

A membership may be frozen for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months. Memberships can only be frozen two times in a 12 month period for a maximum of 3 months at a time. A membership must be unfrozen a minimum of 30 days before it can be frozen again. A "freeze fee" may apply. Members can redeem accumulated services during a freeze but cannot utilize any additional membership benefits (i.e. bringing guests, gift card purchases, retail discounts). A minimum of one EFT payment must have been made before a membership is eligible to be frozen.

 

Free Upgrades:

For monthly membership options, a minimum of 3 consecutive payments must be made before booking a free upgrade. Annual plans can book immediately. One free upgrades can be booked for one full service per month. You can book an unlimited amount of additional upgrades at your discount rate per month.

Points

Members points are redeemable for member services only and cannot be used to purchase products, other discounted deals or services, or gift certificates. 
 

Gift Card Purchases and Guest Privileges: 

The only restriction is a limit of 2 member priced services in any combination of gift cards or guest visits for each individual guest in a 6 month period. 

 

Guests: 

All guests must follow spa rules and regulations. Lotus Blossom reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason. Lotus Blossom reserves the right to modify/change spa rules, regulations, services and pricing with reasonable notice.

Appointment Cancellation Policy: 

Members can cancel same day without penalty, however, no-shows will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service, as well as forfeiture of missed visit.

 

Notification: 

Lotus Blossom must be notified about any changes in address, contact information and/or credit card information.

​

Lost Items:

Lotus Blossom is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

 

Age Policy: 

Age requirements for receiving spa services vary by state and local law and Lotus Blossom strictly complies with such laws. In the event there is not a specific regulation in your area, our policy is as follows:

• No person will be denied admission based upon race, gender, religion or appearance.

• Children under the age of 18 cannot receive any service without the express verbal consent of their parent or guardian.

• For children 15 and under (or where required by state law), a parent or guardian MUST remain in the treatment room and for all minor children the parent must remain on premises during services. Must be at least 10 years old to receive a facial.

 

Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
